By consciously choosing a small group of companies, we are able to offer better personal guidance . We monitor the content of the program tailored to the participating start-ups.
During the entire duration of the program there are 10 mentors ready to advise you. You will be assigned at least two per start-up as a counselor and confidant. They share their expertise and make their network available. In addition, there are some topic mentors with strong expertise in a certain domain.
As a participant you enjoy hands-on support with financing : from drawing up a good financial plan to obtaining subsidies. So you get access to all the resources you need to grow.
Participants have a desk in our coworking spaces in South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe. You sit among other inspiring entrepreneurs, have meeting rooms at your disposal and a reception that receives your packages and guests. Our team is ready for a pleasant chat while you can enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea.
We are looking for the next big idea or company. Nthondo will be financing the growth of companies operating in the food & agricultural sectors in Zambia or Zimbabwe.
We invest across the food supply chain in technology driven companies
